Photo Privacy & Data Retention

We take your privacy seriously, especially when it comes to your personal photos.

  • Uploaded photos are stored for up to 30 days to allow us to complete and support your order.

  • After 30 days, your photos are permanently deleted from our system.

  • We will never use your photos for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without your permission.

  • The only time photos may be displayed publicly is if you voluntarily submit them with a review on our website.

  • Your photos are used solely to create your custom product and provide customer support if needed.

Shipping Timeline

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Custom photo magnet orders may require additional processing time as noted above.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include transit time.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All of our custom photo magnets are made in-house and handcrafted by us in the United States.

  • Each magnet is individually printed, cut, pressed, and quality-checked by hand.

  • We do not outsource our custom magnet production.

  • All materials used in our custom photo magnets are sourced within the United States.

  • Because every order is handmade, processing times may vary slightly, but we take care to ensure each piece meets our quality standards.

This hands-on process allows us to maintain quality, accuracy, and care in every order we ship.
